Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between ieum Networks Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and users (individuals or corporations) in relation to the use of the I:UM platform (the "Platform") operated by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
① "Platform" means the entire set of services the Company provides through its website and mobile app, including company profile registration and search, business-to-business networking and messaging, paid advertising and placement, and point accrual and redemption.
② "User" means an individual or corporation (company) that agrees to these Terms and uses the Platform.
③ "Member" means a user who has completed the sign-up process and with whom, upon the Company's acceptance, a Platform service agreement has been formed.
④ "Group Member" means an organization that has joined on behalf of multiple companies, such as a knowledge-industry center, association, or industrial complex.
⑤ "Points" means Company-only credits that the Company grants based on a user's activity or payments, usable for paid and partner services within the Platform.
⑥ "Paid Services" means services provided by the Company for a fee, such as advertising products, placement products, statistical reports, and premium content, as separately announced within the Platform.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
① These Terms take effect by being posted on the Platform's initial screen or on the consent screen of the sign-up process.
② The Company may amend these Terms in accordance with applicable law. Amended Terms are announced via the website or app, stating the effective date and reason, at least 7 days before the effective date. However, for material changes unfavorable to users, individual notice may be given at least 30 days in advance.
③ A user who does not agree to the amended Terms may request withdrawal of membership. A member who continues to use the service after the effective date of the amended Terms is deemed to have agreed to them.
Article 4 (Membership and Account Management)
① A user applies for membership per the procedures set by the Company, and the service agreement is formed upon the Company's acceptance.
② Corporate members may be required to submit documents requested by the Company, such as a business registration certificate.
③ Members must provide accurate information (name, business name, contact details, etc.) and must not use false information or misappropriate another's information.
④ Members are responsible for managing their own ID and password, and are liable for damages arising from third-party use.
⑤ The Company may verify the business registration number, representative name and business opening date provided by a corporate member against National Tax Service public data (Business Registration Authenticity and Status Inquiry Service), at sign-up and periodically while membership continues. If the business is found to be unregistered, suspended or closed, or the registered details do not match, the Company may ask the member to correct the information and may withhold or revoke business verification or restrict use of the service. (This paragraph takes effect on September 20, 2026; amendment announced September 12, 2026.)
Article 5 (Provision and Change of Services)
① The Company provides the following services:
• Company profile registration and search
• Inter-company messaging and networking features
• Paid advertising and placement services
• Point accrual and redemption services
• Value-added services such as statistical reports and personalized recommendations
② The Company may change the content and technical specifications of the services, and will provide prior notice under Article 3 when doing so.
Article 6 (Points Program)
① Point Accrual Criteria
• 10,000 points granted when a Group Member newly signs up
• 5% of the payment amount accrued as points when a Group Member pays for Paid Services through an affiliated company
• 50,000 points granted when an individual company invites another company that completes sign-up
• 10,000 points granted when a member voluntarily posts a review (e.g., on a blog) and the Company approves it
② Where Points Can Be Used
• Payment for paid advertising products
• Purchases at partner malls (e.g., office supplies)
• Workshop and venue-booking services
• Combined travel + workshop packages
③ Point Policy
• 1 point is equivalent to KRW 1.
• Points are valid for 2 years from the date of accrual.
• Points are not refundable in cash and may not be transferred or sold to third parties.
• The Company may change the point policy and will give notice under Article 3 when doing so.
Article 7 (Paid Services and Payment)
① The types, prices, and payment terms of Paid Services follow the separate notices within the Platform.
② Users may pay through the payment methods designated by the Company (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
③ Service use begins upon completion of payment. If a member requests a refund, the Company follows its refund policy.
④ The Company may restrict service use if a member's non-payment or fraudulent use is confirmed.
Article 8 (Member Obligations)
① Members must not engage in any of the following:
• Signing up under another's name or registering false information
• Posting false reviews or requesting manipulated point accrual
• Defaming the Company or third parties, or interfering with operations
• Abnormal access such as system hacking or use of automation tools
• Fraudulent accrual or use of points
② In case of violation, the Company may suspend service use, reclaim points, or revoke membership.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
① The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or communication failures.
② The Company is not liable for damages caused by a member's fault or by a third party's intent or negligence.
③ The respective author is responsible for the accuracy of company information, reviews, advertisements, etc. posted on the Platform.
④ However, the Company is liable for damages caused by its own intent or gross negligence.
Article 10 (Protection of Personal Information)
① The Company complies with applicable laws (the Personal Information Protection Act, the Network Act, etc.) to protect users' personal information, and matters concerning its processing follow the separate "Privacy Policy."
② The Company obtains users' consent when collecting and using personal information, and processes it only within the scope consented to.
Article 11 (Termination and Restriction of Use)
① A member wishing to terminate the service agreement must go through the "withdrawal request" procedure within the Platform.
② The Company may, with prior notice or immediately, restrict use or revoke membership if a member violates Article 8 or otherwise breaches these Terms.
③ Certain provisions, such as Article 6 (Points Program) and Article 9 (Disclaimer), remain valid even after termination or restriction of use.
Article 12 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)
① Any dispute arising between the Company and a member in connection with the use of the service shall, as a rule, be resolved through mutual consultation.
② If no agreement is reached, the court of jurisdiction shall be the Suwon District Court, based on the Company's location.
③ The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Addendum
These Terms take effect on January 1, 2025. Article 4 ⑤ (National Tax Service business-registration verification) takes effect on September 20, 2026.
